The first 19 columns are defined in the LoTSS DR2 value-added catalogue (Hardcastle et al. 2023)

Additional columns are:

Morph: morphological classification, as described in Table 2 of L. Clews et al. (2025)
cluster_group: surface brightness cluster number from HDBSCAN. 
relative_host_location: percentage length along the ridgeline spline to reach the closest point on the spline to the host galaxy position. 
Quality: quality flag indicating a Q1, Q2 or Q3 source based on the number of standard deviations of the host position from the centre of its Gaussian mixture model (GMM) subgroup. 
GMM_group: GMM group number.
